Screen Shots Of Full Version : 6. Customer & Agent Setting

Here you can enter customer and agent contact information. It can be in any language, to enter non-English character, first click the text field, then click Chinese for Chinese, or for non-Chinese.
To delete a contact information, first select that contact, then press the Delete Id button.
The contact information entered here can be accessed from the upper left side of tab .
